Terms and Conditions

This legal instrument governs your access to and utilization of the Swacredit digital mobile application and associated revolving credit services. By downloading, registering, or browsing through the application interface, you explicitly consent to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not grant unconditional acceptance to every provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease application interaction and remove the software from your device.

To be eligible for credit evaluation and credit line allocations through Swacredit, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Indian Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen holding valid government-issued identity credentials (such as PAN and Aadhaar).
• Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to enter into contractually binding obligations under applicable Indian statutes.
• Data Authenticity: All personal details, employment information, and financial records supplied during onboarding must be truthful, complete, and up-to-date.

Submitting falsified documents, impersonating third parties, or manipulating personal information will lead to instant service termination and potential legal escalation under Indian criminal statutes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details, including One-Time Passwords (OTPs), PINs, and login credentials. Any activity conducted through your authenticated user session shall be deemed to be executed directly by you. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Swacredit platform.
• Using automated web crawlers, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from our servers.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the security integrity of our IT infrastructure and server network.
• Utilizing the revolving credit facility for unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful financial activities, including anti-money laundering violations.

All proprietary software code, interface design, brand trademarks, algorithmic credit assessment frameworks, and dynamic visual assets within Swacredit are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the application purely for personal credit line management.

While you retain ownership over your underlying personal information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and evaluate your data to deliver credit facilities, fulfill regulatory compliance requirements, and refine our risk assessment engines.

Swacredit is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, zero system errors, or guaranteed credit line approvals. Credit limits and interest rates are determined dynamically based on risk assessment results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swacredit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your usage of or inability to access the application.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect statutory changes, business modifications, or technical updates. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon being published on our official platform. Continued usage of Swacredit following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised agreement.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
